To register/activate the product and unlock full functionality, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Launch Advanced Mac Cleaner.

Step 2: Click on “Activate Now” button (if you’ve not purchased the license key) on the bottom left of the application screen. This will take you to the purchase page. If you already have a license key, jump to step 3.

Step 3: Once you’ve purchased the license key, you will receive it in two ways:

(a): On the Thank You page after you’ve purchased the key (as shown in the screenshot below)

(b): A mail from either Paypro or Fastspring, containing the key (as shown in the screenshot below):

Step 4: Go back to the application and click on “Already have a license key?” link.

Step 5: On the next window that appears, copy the license key you received in your mail and paste it in the text box.

Step 6: Now click ‘Activate Now’ button.

Step 7: This will register/activate the program.

Once you’ve purchased your license key, you can find it in two ways:

(a): On the Thank You page after you’ve purchased the key (as shown in the screenshot below):

(b): A mail from either Paypro or Fastspring, containing the key (as shown in the screenshot below):

To disable this tool from startup, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the Apple icon > System Preferences towards the top left corner of the desktop.

Step 2: Now click “Users & Groups”.

Step 3: Select “Login Items” tab and unmark Advanced Mac Cleaner from the list by clicking the check box against Advanced Mac Cleaner.

To disable voice message on completion of scan, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Advanced Mac Cleaner > Preferences.

Step 2: Under “General” tab, unmark “Play voice over message on completion of scan” by clicking the check box against it.

Step 3: This will disable voice message on completion of scan.

To use Advanced Mac Cleaner, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Launch Advanced Mac Cleaner.

Step 2: Click on ‘Start Scan Now’ button on the main screen. It will scan your Mac for potential threats and errors that slow down the performance of your Mac.

Step 3: Click on ‘Clean Now’ button towards the bottom right of the main screen.
(You can clean all issues only if the product is registered/activated on your Mac)

Step 4: All detected issues will be fixed.

To clean internet history using Advanced Mac Cleaner, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Launch Advanced Mac Cleaner.

Step 2: On the left panel of the application screen, click on ‘Internet History’ under ‘Utilities’.

Step 3: Click on ‘Start Scan Now’ button towards the bottom of the application screen.

Step 4: After the scan is complete, click on the check boxes against the browser’s name whose history you want to clear.

Step 5: Click ‘Clean Now’ button towards the bottom right of the application screen.
(For security reasons, you will be prompted to enter your Mac username and password. Enter your Mac username and password and click on OK button.)

Step 6: Internet history will be cleared.

To clean duplicate files using Advanced Mac Cleaner, follow the steps below:

Step 1: On the left panel of the application screen, click on ‘Duplicate Files’ under ‘Utilities’.

Step 2: You can change the location if you want, by clicking ‘Change Path’ button and selecting the location of your choice.

Step 3: Click on ‘Start Scan Now’ button towards the bottom of the application screen.

Step 4: After the scan is complete, click on the check boxes against the duplicate files you want to delete or against ‘Title’ to delete all duplicates (as shown in the screenshot below):

Step 5: Click ‘Clean Now’ button towards the bottom right of the application screen.
(For security reasons, you will be prompted to enter your Mac username and password. Enter your Mac username and password and click on OK button.)

Step 6: Duplicate files will be cleared.

To uninstall Advanced Mac Cleaner, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the uninstaller by clicking here (Advanced Mac Cleaner Uninstaller).

Step 2: If you’re using Safari, click on ‘Show downloads’ button located on the top right of Safari.

Step 3: From the downloaded files list, double click on ‘amc_uninstaller’.

Step 4: Now launch the uninstaller by clicking on the uninstaller icon located in the dock.

Step 5: Now click on ‘Uninstall Advanced Mac Cleaner’ button.

Step 6: For security reasons, you’ll be prompted to enter your username and password. Enter your username and password and click OK.

Step 7: This will uninstall Advanced Mac Cleaner from your Mac.
